Huron Valley Radiology (HVR) is committed to delivering the highest quality radiological services to patients, referring physicians and health systems. We are, however, much more than subspecialty image interpreters. We are an enthusiastic part of the health care teams in the communities we serve and committed to evolving health care to enhance the patient experience, improve population health and lower the total cost of care.
Our level of engagement coupled with our operational, analytical and administrative expertise allows us to redefine what it means to be a full-service radiology provider. Whether a patient accesses HVR through the emergency department, a hospital’s inpatient unit or through an outpatient imaging center, our objective is to advise, collaborate and participate with the care team to provide the most efficient, high-quality, cost-effective care for each patient we serve. Additionally, by actively participating in committees and groups—not only clinically, but at all levels of operation management within a health system— we strive to contribute a perspective that further enhances the conversations that improve patient care processes.
Last year, HVR performed close to 750,000 medical imaging interpretations and procedures for 30 different locations throughout Southeast Michigan. Our longest-standing partnership goes back 57 years, when HVR began, and many more of our relationships have lasted for more than a decade. As we continue to form new partnerships, our goal each year is to exceed the service and quality expectations of our patients and partners.
