Transparency in Coverage

The Transparency in Coverage Final Rules require certain group health plans to disclose on a public website information regarding in-network provider rates and historical out-of-network allowed amounts and billed charges for covered items and services in two separate machine-readable files (MRFs). The MRFs for the benefit package options under the Huron Valley Radiology Benefit Plan are linked below:

To open the download:

1. Group receives the message that ‘json can’t be downloaded securely’ click on three dots that appear.
2. When you click on the three dots you will then select Keep, the following will pop up:
   
3. Select Keep anyway. It will then populate the file that can be opened.
4. File may need to be opened in notepad or some other application allowed by the groups system.
